The making process inherently brings subtle inconsistencies, slight asymmetry in shape, texture, finish, adhesion. These aren’t flaws, they are gentle reminders that our product was shaped by human hands, not completely machine made.

SHIPPING, RETURNS &
REPLACEMENTS
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for return or exchange.
Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, transit damage, or wrong items delivered.
For hygiene reasons, teethers and rattles are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
To process an exchange, please share photo / video evidence of the issue as soon as you open the box.
If the package appears tampered with or visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package and inform the delivery partner immediately.
In the case of an exchange request, once the returned product is received and reviewed, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. You may then place a new order for the product of your choice.
Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
To be eligible for a return or replacement
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packed in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
The item must reach us within 14 days of the delivery date.
The customer bears responsibility if the return package is lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to reflect.
Shipping & Costs
For non-defective returns or exchanges, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
In the case of a valid defect, in-transit damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Niriya cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.
Once we receive and verify the product, we will notify you about the status of your refund or replacement.
We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions or lack a valid reason.

Yes. Every Niriya product invites open-ended exploration. A rattle isn’t just a rattle,it’s a grasping tool, a sensory aid, and a first lesson in cause and effect
They can be used occasionally outdoors, but prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or rough surfaces may affect durability. Use in shaded, dry areas and store indoors after play.
Wipe gently with a damp cloth and let air-dry. Avoid soaking, harsh sunlight, or chemical cleaners. Natural materials age gracefully. Every mark becomes part of your child’s story.
Discontinue use if you notice splintering or damage. Since our toys are made of natural wood, many can be upcycled or repurposed.
Yes. Our toys are made from untreated, sustainably sourced wood and finished with non-toxic oils. Every surface is hand-sanded and edges rounded, perfectly safe for tiny explorers.
